CAT 789C Haul Truck
 
Gladiator Equipment Inc. was approached by Emeco Canada to repair as required four CAT 789C Haul Trucks that were brought up to our shop in Leduc, Alberta from Chile.

The truck boxes were shipped in 3 sections and the chassis's  were shipped with the struts removed, all tires removed, cabs removed, hand rails removed, hoist cylinders removed, and many other accessories were shipped separate and required reassembly.

We also installed new central lube systems on these trucks as well as new fire suppression systems. Gladiator Equipment Inc. was given the task to assemble, repair, and weld out the dump boxes as well as major assembly, testing and general repairs to the chassis's.

Major repairs and major component exchanges were done by Gladiator Equipment Inc., here at the Leduc, Alberta shop facilities. These trucks are presently working in Fort McMurray, Alberta in the Oil Sands. The pictures you see were taken during the assembly and repair process.
